Graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan in sinology studies and finished Ph. D. in Xiamen University. In 2018, he obtained a Master’s degree in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law.

The success of Polish participation in EXPO 2010 in Shanghai contributed significantly to the growth of contacts between Poland and China and especially pointed to the need for further development of mutual economic, cultural and scientific relations. To meet this increasing interest Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency has opened China Representative Office in Shanghai, which is to ensure the continuation of a positive image of Poland in People's Republic of China and may extend the positive "EXPO effect" in Polish-Chinese relations in the years ahead.
