「行者, CHIVALROUS」
Lost And Found Art Story 2023
Lost and Found Art很荣幸地宣布,我们将和CRAFT CENTRAL(伦敦工艺美术中心)达成合作,在 ART SPACE 的特别展区进行一次关于|行者, CHIVALROUS|的主题性展览策划。
Lost and Found Art将和伦敦工艺美术中心共同策划「行者,CHIVALROUS」艺术家群展,携手开启具有东方浪漫主义情怀的工艺艺术家群像展览,将与工艺创作有关的一切艺术表达可能展示到穷尽。

On the journey
I gazed at the footsteps from which I came
My heart became firm
In spite of the fact that the road far away is still out of sight
I have stepped out of the giant hills of my heart
With a hurrying step
Lifting sore feet
Plucking out the muddy ground
Lifting the hem of my skirt
I can’t help but feel lighter
I always keep in mind that
I am a walker
The world of inner purity
has not been washed with dust
My quiescent heart told me that
what the boulder shatters is weakness and swaying
There are also tiny flowers growing on the pale green rock face
I, the walker
the ordinary walker
still advance in silence
With one staff and one foot
walking through the slight spring chill
carrying the blazing and warm sun
The convergence of autumn and winter
also waved its flag from behind
The sky at dawn turned bright and then dark
My footsteps lifted and rose again
The breeze at my ears caught my lapel
There is a place to rest
this sheltered harbor was refreshing to my heart
In a flash
I glanced at the cocoon in my hand
this was not the way back to my journey
nor the end of my destiny
It is the falling rocks of a hillock
is the floating path of the dandelion
I, the unrecognized walker
has never returned
without a way to come
I carried my little travelling bag
that lonesome back shadow
is my song of freedom
This blessed song
followed the footsteps of the wind
resonated
in the heart of every walker
I am a walker
the walker who does not defy the road ahead
but rather searching for the index of life
sketching the figure of the fighter
I never stop walking
while my heart has also never stopped
to search for the footsteps of the walker who moves forward
This is the retreat of the source of life
as well as my journey
The exhibition is organized into five sections, with “The Walker” as the main thread of the connection, which is compatible with the naturalness of the language and the artistry of the paintings, thereby enhancing the understanding and experience of the viewers towards classical oriental art, while enlivening the pleasure of the inner senses in parallel.
“Footsteps”: A nine-storied tower rises from a heap of earth. A thousand mile trip begins with one step. The beginning of the march has been the starting point of a new destiny, with every footstep makes a lily grow in the mud and hardship, while keeping the greenness in mind.
“Travelling Bag”: Those who work hard can always succeed, and those who do not tire of moving forward can always achieve their goals. During the journey, the traveling bag accompanies us, which is silent but also affectionate. In the Ganggang Village, people are integrated with the traveling bag, with firm steps and breeze under their feet.
“Back Shadow”: The sound of the chimes of the mountain temple reaches far away through the flowers in the courtyard, people appear to be solitary in front of the pagoda. The sunset shadow is slanting, leaving only a few remnants of shadow on the path ahead, the thin but towering back is the newly risen sunrise.
“Loneliness”: Either vulgarity, or loneliness. In the hustle and bustle of the world of mortals, I hold a handful of pure earth in my inner being, the solitary and faithful seeds prosper innumerably in the watering of the soul.
“A Long Journey”: People born in the world are just like travelers on a long journey, who quickly revert to dust in the same way as anxious to return home. The walker who strides forward never seeks the way back and forth. Life is originally as little as a floating mustard, where every step is a harvest, every time is a choice. When you look back, you have already crossed a vast sea and mountains without even being aware of it.

脚步
Footsteps
In a world of materialism, how long has it been since we stopped to catch our breath? We have merely rushed through the steps of the years, with our thoughts all heading towards chaos. Footsteps ring and fall, which remain in this exhibition with diverse styles to embrace the starting point again. Tearing through the foggy wall, shattering the obstructive walls, the breeze ahead draws the footsteps, while running to pick a new path. Steps move beneath the skirts, with calmness and determination, while we peer at the shadow of the end, walking forward step by step.

Travelling Bag
There is a saying: “People carry travelling bags on their backs are all passing travellers, who put down their baggage to seek their homeland”. I was born to be restless in the floating world, to shuttle in the wind and waves, and to howl in the sky. In spite of the fact that weak tea and scanty meals can cleanse the inner being, they have also stealthily sharpened my edges. I prefer the night when I go through the rigors of living in the wilderness, when I swoop into the free world with the stars dotted around me, sighing at the vastness of heaven and earth, followed by a peaceful sleep. The dawn sprinkled light in the traveling bag, while the teenager picked up his traveling bag.
Back Shadow

The darkness resounded with hymns, the human figure floated in the distance, the residual shadow held up the dream; the dusk weaved the sunset, the shadow of the hundred-foot trees hovered, leaving the leaves shattered floating shadow. They crossed my footsteps, while I tilted my head up, but merely caught sight of the diminishing backs in front of me. They were silent and cheerful, running to the divine shadow of their lives. The back shadow was solid and false, I stared at the disappearing back shadow while catching up, in hopes of also becoming someone else’s back shadow.

孤独
Loneliness
The crowded city on the street appeared to be incapable of merging with me. As a consequence, loneliness embraced me and entered its world. It told me to get wet in the rain and dance with the mountains; to become a bold person and toast with freedom; to drink a bottle of lonely wine and embrace with the youth. I enjoyed the tranquility of solitude and become my own walker. Walk as you wish, without having to rush the way to come and the way to return. This solitude, honors the significance of life.
Part5
远行
Long Journey

With the light rain in the Wu Mountain, and the dawn of the Mount Emei, the road to travel far away is a life practice. I picked up an oil paper umbrella, the direction I came from was slightly unfamiliar, while pedestrians on the road were in a hurry, all of whom were wrapped in rain on their way home. I am a long-distance traveler, who is forlorn, but also enjoyable. I cut off external things, without having to think, but simply concentrate on, and concentrate on a long way to travel. The sound of rain gradually lessened, I breathed, while seething with the road of long-distance travel.
