关于国际商会国际仲裁院

国际商会国际仲裁院（ICC International Court of Arbitration®，简称“ICC Court”），成立于1923年，隶属于国际商会（International Chamber of Commerce），提供世界领先的争议解决服务。逾百年来，ICC Court致力于推动国际仲裁的发展，为国际工商界解决争议以促进全球贸易和投资，例如推动并起草《联合国承认和执行外国仲裁裁决公约》（《纽约公约》）。

ICC Court是公认的全球最受欢迎的仲裁机构，其秘书处和案件管理办公室遍布全球，包括欧洲（法国巴黎），亚洲（中国香港、新加坡）、美洲（美国纽约、巴西圣保罗）和中东（阿联酋阿布扎比）。秘书处有超过30个国家和地区的 50多名法律顾问组成，可以使用包括中文在内的30逾种语言管理案件。除秘书处外，ICC Court由1名主席，17名副主席、以及由ICC国家/地区委员会和团体以及世界理事会推荐和选任的196名委员组成, 这些全球最具影响力和专业性的专家保障国际商会仲裁规则的实施，例如仲裁裁决的核阅, 确保ICC仲裁裁决的高质量和高水平以及全球的可执行力。

国际商会于2016年在上海成立代表处负责包括中国在内的北亚地区的业务发展以及争议解决咨询和培训，并可以在中国内地多个城市可以协助当事人开庭。2018年ICC成立“一带一路委员会”，致力全方位、多维度为“一带一路”参与者，尤其是中国参与者提供高效优质的争议解决服务。

About ICC Court

The ICC International Court of Arbitration® (ICC Court), a subsidiary of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), is the world’s leading arbitral institution. Since 1923, the ICC Court has been helping to resolve difficulties in international commercial and business disputes to support trade and investment for over a hundred years. For instance, the ICC Court advocated and participated in the drafting of the United Nations Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (the “New York Convention”).

The ICC Court is reputed as the most preferred arbitral institute worldwide, with its  Secretariat and case management offices located all around the world, including Europe (Paris), Asia (Hong Kong and Singapore), the Americas (New York and Sao Paulo) and the Middle East (Abu Dhabi). The Secretariat, with more than 50 counsel of over 30 nationalities can administer cases in over 30 languages (including Chinese). In addition to the Secretariat, the Court is made up of one President, 17 Vice-Presidents, and 196 members nominated by the ICC national committees and groups as well as appointed by the World Council, who are the world's most influential and professional experts to ensure the application of the Rules of Arbitration of ICC, such as the scrutiny of Arbitral Awards to secure the quality and enforceability of ICC arbitral awards.

ICC opened its ICC Shanghai Representative Office in 2016 to promote business development, provide dispute resolution consultation and trainings in North Asia, and assist parties with arbitration hearings in several cities in China. In 2018, ICC Court established the ICC Belt and Road Commission to provide the full range of dispute resolution services with high efficiency and local expertise for business engaged in investment and trade along the Belt and Road, especially Chinese parties.
