主要职责：

1.Review of customer specification related to welding.

2.Define necessity of PQR test and WPQT according to material requirement and structure.

3.Prepare test sample for PQR or WPQT and organize the testing process.

4.Coordinate with NDE and laboratory to get the test results for the welding samples.

5.Establishment of project welding book based on the drawing and submit it to Project manager.

6.Organize the training and qualification of the welders/welding operators according workshop requirement or Project requirement.

7.Execute process of discipline inspection.

8.According WPS, preparation of Welding Material Requisition and submit them to the process manager for approval.

9.Technical support to production department for all welding issue and continuous improvement.

10.Support to the equipment manager for purchase of new welding machine. Preparation of the technical requirement.

11.For a new process, set-up and carry out test plan and training for operators or welders.

12.Organize continuous training to welders / welding operator required by ASME procedure.

岗位要求：

1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering, welding or material.

2.Minimum 3 years of mechanical industry Welding Technical Support-related experience.

3.Practical knowledge of welding.

4.Good computer skills: Windows, Office and etc.

5.High fluency in English both oral and written.

6.Strong interpersonal and communicational skills.

7.Be familiar with ISO, ASME, GB, EN.
