继《2022转型与机遇》调研后，《2023地建师万字行业报告》已出炉，分为6篇：业主分析、全球行业局势分析、建筑行业分析、景观行业分析、室内行业分析以及照明行业分析。每一篇都是字字斟酌，每一份数据都是公开透明，每一句总结都是有理有据。希望这份万字报告能给行业带来一定的思考和方向。

Following the [Transformation and Opportunity] survey, 2023 DJSER Industry Report has been released, which is divided into 6 parts: owner analysis, global industry situation analysis, construction industry analysis, landscape design industry analysis, interior design industry analysis and lighting design industry analysis. Every statistic is transparent. I hope this report can bring thinking and direction to the industry.

看点回顾：

1、业主名录首次公开，业主属性占比转变；

2、项目类别巨头转变，社会公共/综合商办项目增长至60%；

3、景观外资/港资公司申报项目数连续2年递增，公共景观类别项目数占比最大；

4、室内展示厅、旧改、休闲餐饮娱乐类项目增长位居TOP3，且越来越多建筑设计机构已将业务领域拓展到室内设计；

5、照明设计业主结构优化，品牌业主/国央企/政府业主占比显著提高；未来，办公、医疗/养老项目数或是增长点。

REVIEW：

1. The owners' list was made public for the first time, and the proportion of owners' attributes changed; 

2. The project category has changed, and the number of social public/commercial complex projects has increased to 60%; 

3. The number of projects in which foreign / Hong Kong-funded landscape companies has been on the rise for 2 consecutive years; 

4. The growth of indoor exhibition hall, renovation, leisure, catering and entertainment projects ranked top 3, and more and more architectural design institutions have expanded their business to interior design; 

5. The owner structure of lighting design was optimized, and the proportion of brand owners/state-owned enterprises/governments was significantly increased; In the future, the number of office, medical & health-care projects will continue to grow.

The award adheres to the evaluation standards of architectural aesthetics, environment protection, user experience and economic benefits. Over the years, 7,548 entries have been applied by developers and world-renowned design institutions from 23 countries and regions. CREDAWARD has developed into an influential international award in China because of the authoritative judges, strict judging process. It is also praised by the industry as one of the most challenging awards.
