8月20日，陆海云港所属天府云港公司与APS国际物流所属哈萨克斯坦阿夫托拉公司在阿拉木图签署合作协议，双方将充分发挥物流运力、干线网络、仓储枢纽等资源优势，在亚欧地区开展跨境公路运输业务合作。
On August 20, Tianfu Cloud Port, a subsidiary of SPSI Cloud Port, and Kazakstan Avtora, a subsidiary of APS International Logistics, signed a cooperation agreement in Almaty, under which the two parties will give full play to the advantages of logistics and transport capacity, trunk line network, warehousing hubs and other resources to perform cooperation on cross-border road transportation business in Asia and Europe.
哈萨克斯坦地跨亚欧大陆，是连接东西、南北的交通门户，其交通运输业是连接亚欧大陆经济带的纽带，发挥十分重要的作用。阿夫托拉公司总部APS国际物流设在白俄罗斯，此次积极推进与阿夫托拉公司的合作，是积极响应《中国—中亚峰会西安宣言》精神，积极推动中国—中亚地区高水平合作发展的务实具体举措。天府云港将借助阿夫托拉公司及APS公司在欧洲、亚洲的跨境公路运输能力，围绕“四川跨境公路运输集散中心”打造四川国际公路门户，与港投国际公路公司一道，共同推进形成中国与欧洲、亚洲等地区的保税精品“门到门、点对点”国际公路运输干线品牌。

Avtora's parent company, APS International Logistics, is headquartered in Belarus. The active promotion of cooperation with Avtora is a pragmatic and concrete initiative to respond positively to the spirit of the Xi'an Declaration of the China-Central Asia Summit, to actively promote the development of high-level cooperation between China and Central Asia. With the cross-border road transportation capacity of Avtora and APS in Europe and Asia,Tianfu Cloud Port will build the Sichuan International Highway Gateway around the "Sichuan Cross-border Road Transportation and Distribution Center", and join hands with SPSI International Road Transportation, to jointly promote the formation of a bonded, high-quality "door-to-door, point-to-point" international road transportation trunk line brand between China and Europe, Asia and other regions.
