Guangdong Mingtaisheng Ceramic Co., Ltd. is a large-scale daily-use ceramic production enterprise which established in 2015. We are specialized in the research and development, production, sales, and export of petuntse and household ceramics. Our company’s predecessor is Raoping Mingsheng Ceramic factory which was established in 2004, a leading enterprise famous for professional hollow grouting and petuntse research and development technology.
The company has passed the ISO 90001 quality system certification and has 39 utility model patents, 1 invention patent, and 2 trademarks, and participated in the editing of 2 industry standards “Saggar for Ceramics” and “Frame Kiln Furniture for Ceramics”. Over the years, the company has won a lot of honorary titles such as “Chaozhou Clean Production Enterprise”, “Innovative Enterprise”, “Scientific and Technological Enterprise”, “Intellectual Property Management System” Certification, “High-tech Enterprise” and “Specialized and Sophisticated Enterprises that produce new and unique products” which is recognized by Guangdong province as well as “May 1st labor award of Guangdong province” awarded by the Guangdong Provincial Federation of Trade Unions. The company’s independent raw material research and development center “Chaozhou High White Daily Porcelain Engineering Technology Research Center” has been certified by Chaozhou Science and Technology Bureau. In December 2022, the chairman of the company was elected as the chairman of the newly established Sanrao Town Ceramics Association, which is a great affirmation from the government and peers. In the meantime, we bear a great social responsibility in environmental protection as Ceramic Waste Utilization & Disposal Sites uniquely assigned by local government.

乘风破浪，直挂云帆-工厂篇
The production base of Guangdong Mingtaisheng Ceramic Co., Ltd. locates in Nanxin Industrial Area, Sanrao Town, Raoping County, Chaozhou, Guangdong, China. Our factory covers an area of 130 mu (86666㎡) with a total investment of 96 million CNY. The factory is constructed in two phases. The investment in the first phase is 38 million CNY and in the second phase is 58 million CNY. The factory has a 68-meter-long tunnel kiln, three 24-cube automatic shuttle kilns, two 10-cube normal shuttle kilns, two 46-meter-long decorating firing kilns, one 12-meter-diameter bisque firing kiln, 8 workshops including a petuntse production workshop, a plaster mold workshop, 2 hollow grouting workshops for new bone china, 2 rolling press workshops for new bone china, decoration firing workshop and an 8000 square meter warehouse. Our annual output value has exceeded 100 million CNY in 2018 and the current annual output is as high as 800 containers(40HQ).
In recent years, our factory has introduced multiple automatic production equipment and added intelligent CNC kilns, transforming from a traditional production enterprise to a digital production enterprise. As of April 2023, the factory has newly introduced 8 automatic production lines for hollow grouting, rolling press and glazing, which greatly improves production efficiency and product stability.
Mingtaisheng Ceramics makes full use of automated production lines, and the production technology in hollow grouting items, high-pressure grouting items, mugs, cups and saucers is unique and innovative. Our hollow grouting items occupied a decisive position in the market since 2004. We have our own large-scale petuntse material factory to ensure the quality control of our products from the source. Our raw material in stock can meet our production needs for 5-7 years which ensures the absolute stability of our products.

--Unique dry-joint process
We use excellent dry-joint in cup and saucer production which greatly improve the production capacity compared with wet-joint. Our daily production capacity can reach more than 4000pcs per worker.

We have a very strict and professional quality control team responsible for inspections from incoming materials to finished goods. The products need to go through at least 6 inspections before packaging.
