Responsibilities
职位描述
Responsible for data cleaning, labeling, feature engineering and the design of monitoring indicators.
Build key KPIs and monitoring reports related to research processes to assess process optimization and tool effectiveness quantitatively.
Support data analysis and model building of market data and help enhance the operation and service precision of the sales and trading businesses.
Requirements
职位要求
Solid foundation in statistics, familiar with regression, time series, classification, clustering and other methods.
Practical experience in data analysis projects, able to independently complete the full process from problem decomposition to data processing and result presentation.
Familiarity with the Python data analysis ecosystem (e.g. Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, sklearn) is preferred.
Strong interest in AI, Fintech, and new technologies, proactive learner.
Logical thinking, able to express through data and models, eager to understand the actual needs of frontline business.
Willing to collaborate across departments/ functions, capable of translating "technical language" into "business language."
Experience in relevant research projects, competitions, internships, or open-source contributions is a plus.
Fresh graduates are also welcome.
