镍制容器制造要注意什么
焊接前准备
表面处理:彻底清除焊件及坡口表面氧化膜(镍氧化膜熔点高达2090℃,需打磨至金属光泽),避免焊接时因氧化膜未熔化导致夹渣
清洁要求:丙酮/酒精擦拭油脂、灰尘等污染物,喷砂面需去除10mm范围内氧化膜后再焊接
坡口加工:采用机加工或等离子切割,确保坡口平整光滑,避免裂纹、分层等缺陷
焊接过程控制
焊接方法:优先选用钨极氩弧焊(Ar/He混合气),控制线能量和层间温度防止合金元素烧损
焊根处理:因材料冷加工性能差,可采用不清焊根的打底焊道工艺
应力控制:避免焊缝及母材表面应力集中,降低拉伸应力分布不均导致的变形风险

What to pay attention to when manufacturing nickel containers
Preparation before welding
Surface treatment: Thoroughly remove the oxide film on the surface of the weldment and groove (nickel oxide film has a melting point of up to 2090 ℃ and needs to be polished to a metallic luster), to avoid slag inclusion caused by unmelted oxide film during welding
Cleaning r
Welding method: tungsten inert gas welding (Ar/He mixed gas) is preferred, and the line energy and interlayer temperature are controlled to prevent alloy element burnout
Root welding treatment: Due to the poor cold processing performance of the material, a bottom weld bead process with unclear root welding can be used
Stress control: Avoid stress concentration on the surface of the weld and base metal, and reduce the risk of deformation caused by uneven distribution of tensile stress#镍合金容器
