岗位职责：

1. 参与集团各类经营会议组织与材料汇编；

2. 参与集团经营目标分析与监控，协同组织绩效分解与落地；

3. 集团月度经营分析信息收集与编写；

4. 参与集团产销运行协同管理，协调销售、生产、采购等各环节问题的解决；

5. 参与经营数据库的建立及维护，完善各类经营统计报表，处理各类经营信息，进行专业分析。

任职资格：

1. 本科及以上学历，工商管理、行政管理、商业分析等相关专业优先；

2. 了解汽车生产业务流程、企业运营管理相关知识；

3. 崇尚团队协作，具备积极进取的工作态度；

4. 有优秀的沟通能力和表达技巧，具有较高的问题解析逻辑及吃苦耐劳精神。

Duties:

1. Organizing business meetings and compiling materials for the group.

2. Participate in the analysis and monitoring of the group's business objectives and collaborate on the decomposition and implementation of organizational performance.

3. Formulate monthly operational analysis information for the group.

4. Participate in the collaborative management of the group's production and sales operations and coordinate the resolution of problems in aspects such as Sales, Production, and Procurement.

5. Participate in the establishment and maintenance of business databases, improve business statistical reports, process business information, and conduct professional analysis.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in Business Administration, Administrative Management, Business Analysis, and related fields;

2. Understand the business process of automobile production and relevant knowledge of enterprise operation management.

岗位职责：

1. 参与集团质量管理的信息化建设规划，落地集团信息化项目，将信息技术与质量管理实践结合，赋能集团内部质量管理和为用户提供较高的车辆质量价值；

2. 参与质量管理信息化领域流程优化、集团层级需求分析、业务数字化进程的设计和关键业务系统的架构优化设计。协助集团IT人员对质量信息化项目进行规划及落地，并与各领域质量业务专家协同管理项目；

3. 协助支持集团级质量应用(QNS、PAMS、质量运营平台)的运维工作。

任职资格：

1. 本科及以上学历，汽车工程、计算机等相关专业优先；

2. 对于汽车行业有一定认识，行业认同度高，有志于汽车行业长期发展；

3. 对汽车行业信息化规划及实施认同度高，有志于汽车行业信息化中长期规划及建设；

4. 性格乐观、开朗，具备优秀的执行力、沟通能力和抗压能力；

Duties:

1. Participate in the informatization of the group's quality management, implement informatization projects, combine information technology with practice, empower internal quality management of the group, and provide users with high vehicle value.

2. Participate in process optimization of quality management informatization, group-level requirement analysis, design of business digitalization processes, and optimization design of key business systems. Assist the IT personnel in planning and implementing quality informatization projects, and collaborate with experts from quality management in various fields to manage projects.

3. Assist in supporting the operation and maintenance of group-level quality APPs (QNS, PAMS, quality operation platforms).

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, priority is given to majors related to Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, etc.;
