上海章臣机械制造有限公司创建于1990年，专业从事于减速机的开发、生产和销售，公司总部坐落于上海市宝山城市工业园区陈广路728号。公司具有三个实力雄厚的生产基地，一个位于上海宝山城市工业园区，第二个位于江苏省宿迁市工业开发区，第三个位于江苏省太仓市浏河工业园，共占地面积120余亩，有近23000余平方米厂房车间，办公楼建筑面积达1500余平方米。
本公司重视管理、营销和技术人才的引进和培养，现有200余名优秀员工，管理、技术人员占总人数的25%。具有较强的产品设计研发能力。
本公司拥有各类齐全的机械加工设备，严格运行（ISO9001:2008）质量保证体系，采用国内外先进的工艺技术 ，不断开发适应机械传动发展所需求的各种标准和非标减速机，广泛应用于工程机械、水泥机械、分离机械、建筑机械等专用设备。
本公司主要生产——渐开线行星减速机、摆线针轮减速机、齿轮减速机、SBD系列申克称专用减速机，以及应用于离心机行业的差速器和非标专用减速机。

Founded in 1990, Shanghai Zhangchen Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. specializes in the development, production and sales of reducer. Its headquarter is located at No. 728, Chenguang Road, Baoshan City Industrial Park, Shanghai. The company has three strong production bases , one is located in Shanghai Baoshan City Industrial Park, the second is located in Suqian City Industrial Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, the third is located in Liuhe Industrial Park, Taicang City, Jiangsu Province, covering a total area of more than 120 mu, with nearly 23000 square meters of factory rooms and car rooms, and the building area of office building is more than 1500 square meters.
