About us: Guangzhou Shipping Exchange Co.,Ltd.(GSE)) was established in April 2015 and is currently holding by Guangzhou Exchange Group Co., Ltd.which is a Guangzhou state owned enterprise. GSE is one of the important carrier units of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area Shipping Joint Trading Center of the Nansha Plan. GSE focuses on developing modern shipping services such as ship trading, shipping brokerage, shipping data, marine resource trading, ship evaluation and authentication, at present, we have become the largest comprehensive service platform for shipping transactions in South China, and is striving to build an industry-leading and world-class comprehensive trading platform for shipping elements.

Basic Recruitment Requirements:
Job position: Operations Director of International Business
There is no restriction on nationality, abides by laws and disciplines, firmly supports the leadership of the CPC and the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, has good conduct, has no domestic or international criminal records and bad practice records, and has the physical conditions necessary for the normal performance of job duties and specific qualifications specified for recruitment posts.
Education: Full time master's degree or above with corresponding degree.
Age: unlimited.
（1） Having over 10 years of work experience, fluent business English oral communication and written material reading and writing skills, possessing strong resources in the shipping industry, able to lead a team to independently carry out business, possessing strong communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, as well as strong business negotiation experience and risk prevention awareness;
（2）Having abundant resources and channels in shipping, finance, and other fields, capable of independently leading a team to expand international business, and possessing rich experience in shipping operation and management;
（3）Having insight of industry dynamics, the development status and trends of peer enterprises, and possessing market sensitivity;
（4）Familiar with mandatory international and domestic conventions, rules, laws and regulations related to ship management, and familiar with industry development trends.
