一带一路国际生猪产业大会（The Belt and Road International Pig Industry Conference, BRIPIC）由河南农业大学依托“一带一路”国际生猪产业科技创新院发起,于2024年4月25日-27日在郑州国际会展中心举办。大会以“推动生猪科技经济融合发展和中青年学术与实践交流合作”和“提升我国生猪产业科技体系在国际中的能力和地位”为主旨。配合国家“一带一路”倡议的实施，深化推动与“一带一路”沿线国家间的科技交流与合作，助力促进国际生猪产业可持续健康良性发展。
大会以河南农业大学连续举办三届“一带一路”中国工程院国际工程科技战略高端论坛暨黄河论坛的经验为基础，专门为国际青年专家和学者设立“一带一路”青年创新实践论坛，为生猪产业和科研领域的青年专家提供分享交流平台，并为获奖青年嘉宾提供海外进修和产业横向研究机会。主会以“一带一路”国际生猪科技创新为主题开幕，把握猪业发展战略站位。以紧扣行业痛点的生猪产业流行病学与健康经济学等相关主题开展深入的交流与探讨，为国内外专家提供分享前沿科学实践研究的平台。大会还创新性地开设以养猪领先国家和地区为主线的丹麦、法国、荷兰、北美专场，为与会者带来国际领先生猪体系的系统知识与技术。
The “Belt and Road” International Pig Industry Conference (BRIPIC) was initiated by Henan Agricultural University in collaboration with the “Belt and Road” International Pig Industry Science and Technology Innovation Institute. The conference is scheduled forApril 25 – April 27, 2024, at the Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center, Zhengzhou, Henan, China. The theme of the conference is advancing the integration and development of pig technology and economy and accelerating the development of the Chinese pig industry to an international scale. The primary objectives of BRIPIC include fostering cooperation among countries involved in the national "Belt and Road Initiative", enhancing the effectiveness of animal disease prevention and control, and ensuring food safety.
Henan Agricultural University has organized three "Belt and Road" High-End Forums on Engineering Science and Technology Development Strategy of China Academy of Engineering. The upcoming forum will focus on the "Belt and Road initiative" in the field of international pig science and technology innovation, aiming to strategically develop the pig industry. Extensive discussions will cover topics such as pig epidemiology and health economics, addressing critical industrial challenges and providing a platform for experts to share cutting-edge research. Special forums will be held for leading countries in pig farming, including Denmark, France, the Netherlands, and North America, offering participants access to advanced knowledge and technology in the international pig system. Additionally, a "Belt and Road" youth innovation forum will be organized by BRIPIC for international young experts and scholars to share their research and exchange innovative ideas.
