Engaging in pre-programme design, responsible for meeting with the owner, participating in the whole process of project programme design and organizing the programme presentation work; Guidance on the deepening of the project design and guidance on the implementation of the construction drawings; Experience in design and design techniques in programme design. Take leadership and to build and manage a team. Develop policies and procedures for international standards.
Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related majors, with at least 5 years of practical working experience; Understanding of various architectural design ideas, able to conduct creative work in conjunction with the market; Working language: English. Excellent oral proficiency in English, communicative expression and coordination skills, with an understanding of European engineering standards; Ability to anticipate, co-ordinate and resolve problems that may be encountered at various design stages; Persistent pursuit of good design, strong sense of aesthetics and agile mindset;
Salary: Negotiable.

建築學、環境設計、室內設計或相關專業，具有方案作品為佳； 優秀的造型設計能力； 對設計有執著追求、較强的審美能力，思維敏捷； 能够熟練運用各種設計軟件，如SU, RHINO, LUMION, PS等
參與建築/室內項目設計 協助項目建築師設計工作
建築學、環境設計、室內設計或相關學士學位； 熟練掌握AUTOCAD, 掌握多種室內常用設計軟件者優先,例如SU、Rhino、AI、PS等； 了解室內/建築製圖的基本原理 如經驗及能力優秀者將被考慮為建築師/室內設計師
