香云纱所选的原料是 顺德野生薯莨+河道黑泥，1米布由匠人劳作7天完成。制作工艺属于国家级非遗，全国仅23位认证传人
The raw materials chosen for Xiangyunsha are wild tuber yam from Shunde and black mud from the river. It takes a craftsman seven days to complete one meter of the fabric. The production technique is a national intangible cultural heritage, and there are only 23 certified inheritors across the country.
“三洗九蒸十八晒的奥秘”
> 真丝胚：精选桑蚕丝坯绸，精练处理
Selected mulberry silk billet, refined treatment
> 薯莨染：野生藤根发酵30天，染出琥珀底色
The wild vine roots are fermented for 30 days to dye an amber base color.
> 河泥封：黑泥含铁离子，触发化学反应生成哑光黑
Dye the cloth again with river mud. The black mud contains iron ions, triggering a chemical reaction to produce matte black.
> 日光浴：40℃高温下人工翻晒200次，自生龟裂纹理
Artificially sun-dried 200 times at 40℃ high temperature, self-generated cracking texture.
