- 建立和协调视觉营销战略建设日历，充当采购、分销、营销之间的联络人。

- 与印刷供应商合作完成所有分配的项目，包括提供获取报价、协商定价、建立分发列表以及通过批准印前表格来管理质量控制印刷流程的规范。
- Build and coordinate the visual merchandising strategic building calendar, acting as a liaison between buying, distribution, marketing.
- Develop creative visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and meet the business objectives.
- Creation of clear and precise communication documents for each merchandising strategy, ensuring the brand direction and integrity is always kept top of mind during the process.
- Support the Sr Marketing & VM Manager with special projects, enhancements and VM execution.
- Develop and execute commercialization strategies based on activations, product stories, promotions & key brand messages.
- Support with Visual Merchandising questions and commercialization execution of special projects.
- Drive testing, reporting and performance analysis of brand activations, promotion as well as industry trends; develop recommendations accordingly (e.g., traffic drivers, promotional strategy, and timing)
- Visit stores (live or virtually) on a regular basis to ensure merchandising strategies are executed successfully.
- Ensure a cohesiveness, efficiency, and realistic execution at store level.
- Contribute and/or lead seasonal workshops and product knowledge.
- Work with printing vendors for all assigned projects, including providing specs for obtaining quotes, negotiating pricing, building distribution lists, and managing the quality control print process by approving prepress forms.

- 3-5 years retail experience
- Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365

- Strong work ethic, autonomous, and flexible with excellent interpersonal skills
